A warm thank you to all of the fintech executives and influencers who joined us last night for Prove’s exclusive “flavor-tripping” experience at the Classic Car Club Manhattan. It was the perfect way to unwind after Fintech Nexus Day 1 with craft cocktails while admiring the Car Club’s rare rides 🏎️

Guests were also treated to a unique “flavor-tripping” tasting of the “Miracle Berry”, which curiously makes sour foods taste sweet. The enjoyable effect was reminiscent of how Prove’s Pre-Fill technology transforms cumbersome customer experiences to delightful ones!

🍋 Guests were astounded by the Miracle Berry’s sweet effects, which allowed them to eat whole lemon wedges as if they were candy.

“That is absolutely crazy…when you have the lemon, it tastes like you are drinking lemonade,” said Laura Kornhauser, CEO of Stratyfy. 

“That’s the best lemon I ever had,” said Assaf Cohen, CEO of Pay.com.

The exotic vehicles in the space, however, were definitely not lemons, and were sweet enough on their own without the Miracle Berry.

We also took full advantage of the gorgeous weather and the Classic Car Club’s expansive terrace, which boasts spectacular views of the Hudson River.
