Prove Identity Partners with e-Safer to Protect Brazilians Against Identity Fraud

São Paulo, Brazil, May 11, 2023 - Prove Identity, Inc. (“Prove”), the leader in digital identity, today announced a partnership with e-Safer, a Brazilian company focused on providing solutions & services to the cybersecurity and fraud prevention market. The collaboration adds Prove’s PRO APIs to e-Safer’s KYC solution, Digital Hub, permitting e-Safer to improve their portfolio of offerings and help their customers to avoid account takeover (ATO), synthetic identity fraud, and SIM swap fraud.

This partnership further expands Prove’s global presence in Brazil, following an October 2022 announcement of Prove’s partnership with OZ Corretora de Câmbio. A newly emerging leader in payments innovation and financial inclusion, the Brazil market is a strategic area to expand Prove’s product availability and sales support.

e-Safer will be utilizing the following Prove solutions:

Trust Score: A real-time measure of phone number reputation and behavioral risk associated with an identity. Trust Score analyzes behavioral and Phone-Centric Identity™ signals at the time of onboarding or ongoing transactions to mitigate attacks by thwarting SIM swaps, account takeovers, and synthetic identities.

Instant Link: Instant Link is a second-factor authentication (a.k.a, a “proof of possession check”) service that leverages technology that thwarts social engineering attacks, to allow companies to embed a secure clickable link in an SMS text. 

Identity Verify: Matches name, address and other information against verified data at account opening.
