How Prove Pre-Fill Accelerates Onboarding With Trusted Data

Let qualifying users begin onboarding with a single tap. When a user selects Continue, the app starts a challengeless attempt using the phone number already on file and the device in hand.

Verify that the phone number belongs to the device being used. Prove authenticates the device and confirms the phone relationship using Prove Key, Mobile Auth, or SMS fallback.

Resolve identity before asking the user to type anything. Once the phone relationship is verified, Prove references the Identity Graph to assess confidence and risk in real time.

Pre-fill the application with trusted identity data. Prove retrieves validated information already associated with the user and returns it in near real time for review and consent.

Move users from first tap to completed onboarding with less friction. Prove authenticates the device, verifies the phone relationship, resolves identity, and returns verified data to pre-fill the application.

When Challengeless is unavailable, the flow seamlessly falls back to standard Prove Pre-Fill® where the user provides a minimal identifier such as date of birth. Prove authenticates and verifies the identity, and returns trusted data for review to complete the flow.
