VIDEO: Prove Pre-Fill – Live Tech Demo at CB Insights 'Future of Fintech' 2021

October 25, 2021

What if you could effortlessly auto-fill any application in any digital channel with just a phone? At CB Insights' recent 'Future of Fintech' conference, Prove’s Chief Revenue Officer Kathleen Waid and Sales Engineer Melissa Griffin presented a live demo of a Prove Pre-Fill™ card application use case. Both the mobile and web applications of the technology were showcased.

“Prove Pre-Fill takes something you have—your cell—with something you know—either the month and day of birth or the last 4 of your SSN—combines it with our super-power, which is basically tokenizing your digital identity, and then auto-fills an application with CIP-grade level data about a consumer. This allows you to onboard customers with elegance and to bring them on so they don’t abandon you, to make sure there isn’t fraud, and also to have a really excellent customer experience,” said Kathleen.

“We have about 35% reduction in abandonment across all of our customers. That reduction in abandonment also increases customer delight. Of the people that were offered Pre-Fill, 93% say, ‘Yes,’” Kathleen adds.
