Prove Wins 2022 MUSE Creative Award for Company Rebrand, Brand Identity, and Logo

We are delighted to announce that the International Awards Associate (IAA) has presented us with a 2022 MUSE Creative Award for our corporate brand identity and logo. The global award, which identifies and honors creative and design excellence, is especially near and dear to our hearts because it recognizes the efforts behind our corporate rebrand from ‘Payfone’ to ‘Prove’, which was a very special and personal project that involved many talented Provers. For many of us, the rebrand was much more than a name and corporate identity change. It was an opportunity to shape the brand and company culture of our dreams. This award is further validation that we’ve built a brand that we can be proud of — one that is as modern and unique as our technology

To celebrate this milestone win, let’s hear from some of Prove’s design professionals about what this award means to them while perusing some of the creative assets from our winning entry:

“I’m incredibly honored and excited that Prove has been recognized for its creativity and design excellence,” said Nick Carbone, Prove’s Head of Product Design and Creative. “It’s truly remarkable to look back and see how far we’ve come as a brand. I’m immensely proud of all the work our team has accomplished to get us to this point. I look forward to continuing to build and expand Prove’s brand identity and recognition in the marketplace.”

“I’m elated to win this award!,” said Rit Sinha, Senior Graphic Designer at Prove. “This is a testament to our hard work and is further motivation to continue expanding our creative capabilities while still staying true to our brand identity and aesthetic.”

In addition to our in-house team, we’d like to extend special thanks to Luke Robertson and Rob Duncan of Mucho, who were the masterminds behind the Prove logo, brand identity, and icon. Special thanks also goes to Eric Woodward for proposing the strong verb that would become our company's new name.

We also could not have navigated all of the nuances of developing and launching a new brand identity without the expert guidance of Jonathan Weiner, who knows a thing or two about launching successful brands. Jon, thank you so much for your support and for helping to push this project over the finish line.

Finally, thank you Provers for representing our company brand every day and bringing it to life!
